entertainment of Comedian Ms. Anita. She has graced the stage with Bruce Bruce, Rodney Perry, Charlie Murphy, and various HBO and BET Comic View comedians. As a dynamic stand-up comic, actress, Soul/Jazz
singer, and author, she continues to light up stages across America.
Comedian Ms. Anita is best known for delivering her side-splitting
stand-up performances, Improv, and comedy skits. Anita is also a
professional dancer, and an amazing actress.
In the beginning of Anita’s career, she became a protégé of the
Legendary Comic Bruce Bruce. She began hosting Atlanta’s Sweet Auburn
Fest, and several of Atlanta’s renowned festivals, she later landed
her own show entitled Saturday Comedy Nights at Champps in Alpharetta
GA. From Atlanta’s Punchline and UpTown Comedy Corner to New York’s
Caroline’s and the legendary Laugh Factory in Hollywood, CA, Anita
continues to keep America entertained!
In 2010 she wowed audiences in the stage play entitled Sonny’s Place, where she emulated a character styled in reminiscence of the classic Mom's Mabley. Anita has made appearances in numerous Tyler Perry
productions such as House of Payne and For Colored Girls. She also
appeared in Fatal Attraction, Being Mary Jane, and Walt Disney’s
Let it Shine just to name a few. With an upcoming novel entitled The Eyes
Have It, a DVD collection of her stand-up performances entitled Itty
Bitty Tantrum, and guest appearances on the albums of some of Hip-hop’s most compelling rising stars. Anita is just what audiences have been waiting for!
